 Your Guide to Gut Harmony & Total Lifestyle Transformation


Coaching, at its core, is about empowering you to achieve your greatest potential.  My process is built on a four-pillar holistic foundation: Gut Health, Financial Wellness, Sleep Recovery, and Mindful Movement. This holistic approach is what drives a profound shift, not just in your habits, but in your entire way of living.

My name is Luon Spearman, and I am a Lifestyle Fitness Coach with a specialized passion for Gut Health. My journey began in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has led me to Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I now reside with my wife and daughter.

My path to becoming your coach has been anything but conventional, and it's this diverse experience that allows me to offer a truly unique perspective. After overcoming significant obstacles in high school and college, I earned my undergraduate degree in Sports & Recreational Management. This foundation propelled me into the world of professional football in Germany, where I not only honed my physical discipline but also began my fitness business, crafting custom training plans.

As my football career transitioned, I pursued an MBA in Finance, which led me into the financial industry, specializing in healthcare, life insurance, property & casualty, and retirement planning. This experience taught me the profound impact of financial well-being on overall stress levels – a critical, yet often overlooked, factor in our health, including our gut.

Over the last two decades, I've meticulously combined all of this knowledge and these diverse skills. My goal has always been to provide my clients with the total lifestyle adjustment needed to live a higher quality of life. To further refine my expertise, I recently completed my Masters in Coaching and Fitness Leadership. It was a challenging two years, but the insights gained were invaluable. I am committed to continuously adding tools to my belt, ensuring I can always offer my clients the best possible chance for success.

My passion has always been about helping people understand their lifestyle and how to simplify it – a journey that never gets old. And now, I'm thrilled to bring a deeper focus to the gut, recognizing it as the true cornerstone of overall well-being.
