Program Overview

Luon Spearman’s Lifestyle Fitness Program is a 12-week transformative journey designed to shift mindsets and build focus, time management, discipline, and confidence. Rooted in Luon’s 20+ years of experience as a professional athlete, financial expert, and lifestyle coach with a Master’s in Coaching and Fitness Leadership, this program integrates physical fitness, mental resilience, and lifestyle adjustments for lasting success. Each tier—Basic, Core, and Elite—offers progressively personalized support, tailored to different budgets while delivering measurable results.


BUDGET-FRIENDLY - "FOUNDATION" - $1500 (12 WEEKS)

Program Components

Custom Fitness Plan: (Customized week 1)  

  • A personalized 12-week workout plan (2–3 sessions/week, 30–45 minutes) focusing on bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or minimal equipment, suitable for home or budget gym settings 
  • Includes warm-ups, strength circuits (e.g., push-ups, squats, lunges), and cardio intervals to build endurance and tone. 
  • Plan emphasizes progressive overload, with weekly adjustments to reps/sets.

Mindset Coaching: 

  • Weekly email with a motivational mindset tip (e.g., goal-setting, overcoming procrastination) to foster discipline and confidence. 
  • Access  to a digital workbook with journaling prompts to track focus and time management progress.

Group Support: 

  •  Weekly challenges (e.g., “30-minute daily movement”). 
  • Bi-weekly 30-minute live group coaching calls (via Zoom) with Luon to discuss mindset and fitness tips, fostering community and accountability.

Check-Ins:

  • Monthly progress check-ins via email to review goals, answer questions, and adjust the plan as needed.

Nutrition Guidance: 

  • Contact details A one-time PDF guide with basic nutrition tips (e.g., portion control, balanced meals) and sample meal plans for weight loss, maintenance, or muscle gain.

Timeframe: 

  • 12 weeks, with self-paced workouts and asynchronous support.

  • A tailored 12-week workout plan (3–4 sessions/week, 45-60 minutes)       incorporating gym equipment, resistance bands, or home setups, based on       client access.
  • Includes strength training (e.g., dumbbell presses, deadlifts), HIIT, and mobility work to enhance performance and recovery.
  • Monthly updates to the plan based on progress and feedback.

Mindset Coaching: 

  • Bi-weekly 30-minute one-on-one video calls (via Zoom) to discuss mindset, time management, and goal-setting, reinforcing Luon’s four-layer process for greatness.
  • Digital workbook with advanced exercises for discipline (e.g., time-blocking       techniques, visualization).

Personalized Support: 

  • Weekly check-ins via text or app (e.g., WhatsApp) for accountability and form       feedback (clients submit short workout videos).
