The 'Show, Don't Tell' Difference: The 12-Week Life Audit

  Most coaching is just talking. You tell me what you ate, and I give you a plan. But we often miss the details that matter. This program is different. It is an interactive, 'field-trip' style coaching experience. We get into the trenches of your life—your kitchen, your bank account, and your schedule—to audit your environment and build systems that work. 

12-Week Roadmap

Phase 1: The Foundation (Gut & Finance)

  • Week 1: The Financial Snapshot Screen-Share: We log in together (securely) to identify "stress spending" patterns and set your baseline.
  • Week 2: The Virtual Grocery Shop: We build your cart together on Instacart or Amazon Fresh. I teach you how to swap "Panic" foods for "Sync" foods in real-time.
  • Week 3: The Live Pantry Purge: You take me into your kitchen via video. We declutter the junk and organize your space for success.
  • Week 4: The Subscription Audit: We find financial "leaks" and cancel unused subscriptions together to fund your wellness journey.

Phase 2: The Rhythm (Movement & Sleep)

  • Week 5: The Bedroom Audit: We assess your sleep environment (light, noise, temp) and optimize it for deep recovery.
  • Week 6: The Virtual Form Check: A live movement session to ensure your form is safe and effective.
  • Week 7: The "Walk & Talk" Session: A guided, mobile coaching call where we practice mindful movement and breathwork outdoors.
  • Week 8: The Calendar Audit: We screen-share your calendar and "time-block" your self-care so it actually happens.

 

Phase 3: The Autonomy (Integration)

  • Week 9: The Virtual Cook-Along: We prep a simple, gut-friendly meal together in our respective kitchens.
  • Week 10: The "Money Date": We automate your "Buffer Fund" and "Guilt-Free" spending accounts live.
  • Week 11: The Stress Simulation: We role-play your specific high-stress triggers and build a "Game Plan" for them.
  • Week 12: The Graduation Roadmap: We review your "Before & After" metrics (Gut, Finance, Sleep, Movement) and set your long-term plan.
